Speed, Strength and Agility Program
Core Power™ is a speed, strength, and agility program that is designed for athletes and people of all ages. With the help of the top collegiate and professional programs, Core Power™ has put together a Hybrid program to help athletes reach a new level of performance.

Young Hybrids (Ages 8-12)
The Young Hybrids program is designed to help younger athletes develop the key skills to help them improve their athletic performance. Young Hybrids will train using bodyweight lifts to help improve strength and learn proper techniqes and positioning to prepare them for the next level of training. Proper running form and drills will be emphasized to help improve speed and agility. Young Hybrid athletes will be taught to never give up no matter what obstacle they face.
Hybrid Athlete (Ages 13+)
At Core Power™, we train a new elite style of athlete, The Hybrid Athlete. They are athletes who are not just good at one sport, but every sport they compete in. They are physically and mentally tuned athletes that stand above the rest. A Hybrid Athlete is taught to never give up no matter what obstacles they face and train with the mentality that "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog" - Mark Twain. Hybrid Athletes train in speed, strength, agility, flexibility and mental toughness through three main phases of the season. The style of lifting and training is not your traditional style of training. Instead new, more aggressive forms of lifting and running are used.
Adult Training (Ages 23+)
Core Power's™ Adult Training program is designed for both adults who are still competing in sports and those who are looking to get in shape. This program is designed for adults who are looking for a new challenging workout. Adults will use lifts and training methods that Hybrid Athletes use, modifying them to their needs. This program is a change from the normal gym workout.
At Core Power™, Speed Camps are offered at various times during the year. Camps are three days and specifically focus on improving each athlete's speed. A variety of drills and techniques are used to help increase speed. Please check back for Speed Camp Dates.
Core Power's™ Combine Testing takes place two times during the year. Athletes are tested in bench, vertical jump, broad jump, 40 yard dash, pro shuttle, and 3 cone. Height and weight for each athlete are also recorded.
